Thunderstruck Ag Text Messaging Program

Program description

Thunderstruck Sales and Marketing Ltd (“Thunderstruck Ag”, “we”) sends text messages from 1-204-977-7766 to farmers and customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages are about quote follow-ups, product questions, order and delivery updates, and customer care. They are sent one-to-one by our team.

How you opt in

You can agree to receive texts by checking the SMS box on our website form, or by telling Jeremy or a Thunderstruck Ag rep in person or on the phone that it’s OK to text you. Agreeing to texts is not required to buy anything from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your quote, order or request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for your plan details.

Opting out

Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to any message to stop getting texts. We will send one message confirming you’re opted out and then stop. To start again, reply START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We send texts only with your express or implied consent (for example, because you asked us for a quote). Every program message identifies Thunderstruck Ag and tells you how to opt out, and we act on STOP right away.
