Fert Sensor
Wireless Flow Sensor
Real-Time Flow Detection Without the Maintenance
The Fert Sensor is a non-optical flow sensor designed to monitor seed and fertilizer movement inside the tube. It detects changes in flow using vibration and movement sensing, allowing operators to identify blockages or low-flow conditions as they happen.
Because it does not rely on optics, the Fert Sensor performs reliably in dusty, fertilizer-heavy environments where traditional sensors struggle. There are no lenses to clean, no light beams to block, and no routine maintenance required.
How the Fert Sensor Works
Mounted externally on the hose, the Fert Sensor detects vibration caused by material moving through the tube. When flow changes or stops, the non-optical fertilizer flow sensor immediately sends that information wirelessly to the in-cab display.
No hose cutting, internal components, or disruption to the delivery system.
Why It Matters: Flow issues often go unnoticed until emergence. The Fert Sensor helps catch problems immediately, reducing streaking, skips, and wasted acres
